What the petition asks

I would like for child arrangement order breaches to become a criminal offence to help protect the innocent party from financial and emotional abuse from the other parent and to help maintain the bond with the child and parent.

If a parent breachs a child arrangement order the innocent parent then has to seek legal advice which costs money and time then to go back to court which also costs money and time and in the time it then damages the bond with the child.This is done to abuse the innocent party to control them and cripple the financially. It should become a criminal offence and the police along with social services should be given powers to investigate and decide whether or not it is a breach and press charges.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
