Remove Matt Hancock from his role as Secretary of State for Health & Social Care

What the petition asks
Remove Matt Hancock from his role as Secretary of State for Health & Social Care as he has acted unlawfully by failing to comply to regulation 50. This unlawful behaviour shows he's unfit for his current role, and his refusal to acknowledge what he's done wrong shows he's incompetent for the job.
Hancock failed to comply to regulation 50 and the transparency policy. Regulations allow agreements to be entered without tender in extreme situations of unforeseen events, but the contract award notice mustn't be published later than 30 days after the award of the contract. Hancock failed to publish a substantial number of details as required by law and the public deserve to know where money is going.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
We can't accept petitions about honours or appointments, which includes calling for Ministers or MPs to be sacked, resign, or to be subject to a recall vote or a vote of no confidence.
