What the petition asks

For all visas that have been affected by the pandemic to be extended. Foreigners have travelled to the UK on visas such as the T5YM visa, known as a "working holiday". We have not been able to experience the UK, should have the option to reapply OR extend our visas. T5YM is a cultural experience.

Everybody can agree that time spent abroad during the pandemic has not been an accurate depiction of the British culture, given most of us have spent our time avoiding human contact altogether. Many of us have not been able to work at all, make new friends like we anticipated. Please do not believe that nobody has been disadvantaged; we all have. Please allow us the chance to actually experience this country and everything the British culture has to offer, we came here for a reason. We love it.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
