What the petition asks
The Government should seek to join the EASA as a third party organisation/ foreign part-147, to retain the same commonality in regards to teaching, exams and operations.
Aviation is all about safety not politics, some mutual ground must be met or the UK aviation industry is at a severe loss.

There are roughly 13 UK airlines versus 50 European with most of the UK airlines being subsidiaries. If EASA and the UKCAA do not have some form of recognition, this could have a huge impact on job security and the economy.
