What the petition asks

Support fairly and not discriminate against dividend payments for limited companies

To stop businesses, families and livelihoods being destroyed. People’s mental health and whole lives have been destroyed that could of easily been saved through the right channels.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

We understand you would like more support for limited companies, however it is not clear what specific kinds of support you would like the Government to provide, nor who would be eligible.

If there are specific changes you would like the Government to make to existing support schemes, you could start a petition about that.

In the meantime you might like to sign this petition which calls for a related action: Extend income replacement schemes to those who don't currently qualify.
