Extend deadline for filing 19/20 tax forms to qualify for 4th SEISS grant

What the petition asks

You only qualify for the 4th SEISS grant if a Tax Return for 19/20 has been filed by the 2nd March. Given the pandemic this deadline for some was not achievable. Last year people were given until the 23rd April and believe more time should be given this time around also.

Moving the deadline by even a couple of weeks would enable people to claim this grant. Giving deadline which is nearly 8 weeks earlier than last year will mean thousands suffer financially Surely given the pandemic extra time on the deadline of the Tax Return to claim for SEISS should be made available.
