What the petition asks

Driver must stop and report that they have hit a cat.

My 1 year old cat was killed by a car and they never bothered to stop. Thankfully a passer by handed him to vets and we were contacted. You wouldn’t hit a dog and leave them on the road so why should it be different for a cat!
