Extend the Mobile Business & Home Based Close Contact Services Fund Closing Date
Rejected

What the petition asks
The handling of the Mobile Business & Home Based Close Contact Services fund by Scot Gov and across the UK has left thousands of eligible people rejected, with no course of action. We demand an extension to the fund's closing date to ensure all applicants are treated fairly.
The handling of this fund has been shambolic, discriminatory and left thousands of eligible applicants to be rejected based on technicalities such as typos, without adequate recourse for appeal and action.
Meanwhile to rectify this, ScotGov have permitted those rejected to resubmit a new application, without being properly informed as to the reason for rejection.
This has only further overwhelmed the processing teams already taking over 3 weeks to process applications, supposed to take 5 days.
