What the petition asks
I urge the Government to address the current problem of dog thefts, Dog thief’s are going to extreme extents to steal dogs selling them on or breeding for money. Dog thieving has become a serious crime and must be stopped at any cost. Enforce licensing for dogs!!
The rate of dog theft has risen exponentially, families are been left heart broken. It is no longer safe for anyone to walk their dog without the feeling of having your dog pinched. This petition will also reduce the rates of dogs been dumped and abandoned. The law takes action when a child is abducted, a child can be exposed to some serious harm like an animal can be. Stealing is a criminal offence.
