Either have stricter punishments for sexual harassment or more some sort of police power specifically for dealing with it. The most likely fix to this would simply be to educate.

97% of young women (aged 18-24) In a survey of people said they'd experienced sexual harassment, read this in the guardian.Had to watch a lot of my friends go through this I dont believe anyone should have to go through this,
