Mandatory 6pm curfew for people on the sex offenders register

Recent events and studies highlight major flaws in the way we combat sexual assault and violence against women. By prohibiting people who have proven themselves to be a danger to our society from being out when it is dark, we can make the streets of England a safer place for all, particularly women.
