Do not pass the law suggesting people under the age of 18 have to verify social media accounts using the ID of that someone over 18.

Passing this law would be extremely harmful to many minors.

Lots of people use social media as a safe space to share their experiences surrounding issues such as abuse and use it as a platform to revive help.

LGQBT+ youth also use social media to express things such as their sexuality and gender identity.

By passing this law you will be forcing many minors into unwanted situations, and potentially subjecting them to harmful situations, from others or even themselves.
