Make sexual harassment a criminal offence

What the petition asks

modules/sessions on consent, being mindful or respectful to others must not be optional and it must be taught as early as the ages of 13 in secondary schools
Sexual harassment can be a one-off incident or an ongoing pattern of behaviour
It can include:
1.unwanted flirting , gesturing or making sexual remarks (this includes cat calling) about someone's body, clothing or appearance towards someone you do not know
2.emailing, texting or messaging sexual content displaying pornographic or sexual images on posters , calendars and cards in a non-consensual manner
3.continuously touching someone despite being told no

Note : Asking for contact details/one's social media does not count as harassment unless one continuously persists after being told no

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
