Exclude plant-based materials from the plastic tax

The current Government response is that in order for companies like ours to avoid the tax, we need to add 30% recycled plastics but for very obvious reasons, this is not an answer.

While the rest of the world realises that we don't need to change how we live, just give the consumer a natural alternative, the UK is rushing ahead with a policy that is at odds with the intention of minimising the amount of petrol-based plastics.

We want the Government to reconsider it's current approach
