What the petition asks
Our St. John’s primary school walworth has been around generations and our children have to currently look for a new primary school as it sadly closing at the end of July due to financial difficulties
Help us the community and our St. John’s walworth primary school stay open and educate our children and protect our children from entering a different level of education elsewhere and also the teachers jobs and our fantastic head teacher
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a matter for Southwark Council not the UK Government or Parliament. You could start a petition to Southwark Council calling on them to reconsider this decision, if that is something you'd like to happen. You can find out more about how to do this here: https://www.southwark.gov.uk/engagement-and-consultations/have-your-say/petition-scheme.
