Ban charges increasing during fixed-term contracts for utilities and media

What the petition asks
Utility and media companies advertise fixed-term deals for mobile, broadband, telephone, TV but they all seem to have in the terms that prices may rise during the agreement period. After the cooling off period the prices start increase. Price should remain the same for the fixed-term.
Put a stop to companies being allowed to have terms in the agreements to allow the charges to be changed during the contracted period. These deals are being allowed to have headline low price deals to get people to sign up and once the cooling off period has expired the price always seem to go up. The Government should change the law to put a stop to this.
