What the petition asks
Create an law which allows dogs into shops with owners
7% of dog thefts are from dogs tied up outside shops. Dog theft is an epidemic right now. Owners should not be forced to leave their dogs outside shops unattended.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
