Allow joint claims for Universal Credit to be paid into multiple accounts

What the petition asks
Requiring payments for joint claims to go into a single account enables financial abuse and ultimately domestic abuse. Scotland and Northern Ireland have changed this so that universal credit joint account applicants can be paid separately.
This is a serious issue that affects thousands of people. You are enabling men and women to have full financial and then ultimately mental control over their partners lives. This needs to stop urgently.
A comprehensive report has been written in 2018 regarding this with End Violence to Women, yet nothing has been done about it!
