Hold ministers accountable when they brake ministerial code.

What the petition asks
I want all ministers to be held accountable and be forced to face the consequences of their actions if they break ministerial code.
I feel that the government is not transparent enough and is getting away with far to much without facing up to consequences of their actions.
If a minister breaks ministerial code then they should be forced to resign.
