Include people with high Covid-19 antibody levels in Covid-19 passport schemes

What the petition asks
Any Covid-19 passport must include not only vaccinated people, but people that have had a recent test that shows they have a high level of Covid-19 antibodies.
This is a path to go back to normality, improve mental health and reopen the economy.
