Speed Ramps/Enforcement on Victoria Road, Tipton

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Victoria Rd, Tipton has had a massive amount of RTC's for the past 30 years, recently this is increasing and it's only a matter of time before there is a fatality.
It surrounds a park where children and families visit regularly and seem to risk their life just to cross the road to access the park.
Residents witness incidents with speeding vehicles EVERY DAY, and most of their front walls have been replaced due to RTC's.
I do not want my child risking their life just by walking out the front door.
Local Council have replied with "there is limited funding" & "The RTC count is not high enough, even though most of these are not reported".
They have acknowledged that there is issues with the road but as the STATS do not add up nothing can be done.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
