Extend/refund driving instructor badges to allow for lost time due to Covid-19

What the petition asks

As an industry we have been forced to close down for 8 months, we feel that it is only fair that we should not have to pay for a full 4 years ADI Licence fee.
Many people in our driving school industry are facing hardship and we would like to either be refunded back the difference or have the ADI badge extended.
