We Want Justice for Victims of Neighbours From Hell, and A Change To The System

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Throughout United Kingdom, victims of neighbours from hell, are being failed by a system that is supposed to protect them.

Perpetrators are allowed to get away with harassment, with intent to cause fear, alarm & distress, antisocial behaviour, intimidation, racist abuse, hate crime & bullying.
The abuse is relentless, and ongoing, and despite having evidence the police and council dismiss the suffering caused and hope it will simply go away, leaving victims traumatised with no one to turn to.

Often the police and council take the side of the perpetrators and gaslight the victim into thinking they are the problem, which is unacceptable. This indifference has to stop

This has got to stop, and you can make a difference and save lives by signing this petition, and making a change NOW.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you're concerned about nuisance neighbours, but we're not sure what action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
