What the petition asks
We would like them to reduce plastic usage in school’s across the uk and if possible further.
We think this is necessary because so much plastic is used in school’s which we could replace with a biodegradable substitute:such as, wooden cutlery and biodegradable wipes for cleaning-especially during COVID-19
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This would be a decision for each school to take.
