Percentage opt out clause for taxpayers regarding animal agriculture subsidies.

What the petition asks
Work out a percentage per person spent on animal agriculture subsidies and create an opt out option for UK taxpayers who no longer want to fund this on ethical, moral and practical grounds.
Whilst it is obvious that UK citizens rely on local and central government to spend our taxes wisely, I feel that consideration should be given to the fact that many people abhor the cruel and unnecessary breeding and slaughter of farm animals and do not want their taxes used to perpetuate the industry through subsidies.
The world has changed. Animal agriculture is a leading cause of climate change through carbon emissions and rain forest clearance. We do not want to pay for it.
