Medical intervention for babies born under 24 weeks

What the petition asks
I would the like to government to help get babys born alive under 24 weeks medical assistance. Everyone is entitled to a life, if a baby is born alive they should be given medical intervention.
Every baby born alive should be given the same right for a life. If the baby is born alive they should be given medical intervention to try save there life. Nobody should be left to die like this. Parents are being tormented by grief along with having to accept that no medical assistance can take place, always wondering what if, if only they could have had the opportunity to have assistance would they be alive today.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
This is a clinicial decision for the NHS, and not the UK Government or Parliament.
