Reclassify photography studios under leisure for the Restart Grant

What the petition asks

The Restart Grant has unfairly categorised all non-essential retail separate to hospitality, accommodation, leisure, personal care and gym and sports businesses. All closed business have received the same amount of funding.

Many hospitality businesses have operated under click and collect and been able to create an income. Whereas photography studios have been closed throughout the lockdown. Even when reopening still under strict covid rules unable to run as normal pre covid, with only one household allowed at the studio. I would like photography studios to be reclassified under leisure. Apart from animal grooming all the other businesses in that category are shops and retail, a photography studio is not retail.
