Honour Pascal Soriot, a brave Frenchman behind AstraZeneca and Britain's miracle

What the petition asks
BRAVO ... Pascal Soriot - the Frenchman behind AstraZeneca and Britain's vaccine miracle - you deserve great credit for your heroism, especially after months holed up in Sydney, and perhaps a CBE at the very least (aka "Can't Be Everywhere" according to "Yes, Minister!").
A moderately moral man - at the very least - did the right things to facilitate AstraZeneca and Britain's vaccine miracle and to save some lives of some people who would otherwise have died prematurely due to COVID etc. Sadly so far Pascal Soriot's good deed/s seem to have been unfairly punished.
