Create a mandatory register for all caravans in the UK

What the petition asks
Due to the extent of theft of caravans a registration, it is time for all caravans in UK to be registered with the dept for transport
There are of caravans on the roads without insurance or Mot. Many are stolen and do not carry any identification. A registration would sort this problem
