Allow freelance photographers to shoot without commercial permits

What the petition asks
Allow single Freelance Photographers with a crew of no more than 3 or 4 to shoot in Royal Parks, Botanical Gardens, and Popular Architecture without applying for an expensive commercial permit
There is such a huge push for entrepreneurship and self-employment in the UK, yet we cannot afford to pay for permits and make a profit on our shoots. There are very few venues where we are allowed to take pictures of our clients without being asked for a permit which ranges from £120-300 per hour. Often our shoots are unnoticeable and do not obstruct or cause any disturbance. We are also contributing to advertising the UK and generating beautiful images for small bunsinesses to share whcih benefits everyone.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This is a matter for landowners, not the UK Government or Parliament.
