Remove Abu Dhabi from the UAE red list status

What the petition asks
AD has strict legislation. Other emirates don't. All arrivals must wear an electronic tag for 10 days quarantine to ensure compliance. The other emirates don't have quarantine measures. Arriving into AD from another emirate is strictly governed. A negative test must be proven, then 2 more in 7 days.
Removing AD from the UAE red list would allow residents to travel to see family without hotel quarantine. The UAE visa in the passport states the emirate to which residency pertains. Identification at the border on arrival would be easy.
