Place barriers along side the valley park retail park to stop racers using it

What the petition asks
Fed up residents dread Thursday nights as hundreds of noisy cars gather in a car park backing onto their homes. And fears that someone will get killed before anything is done to crack down on boy racers speeding up and down roads to get into Valley Retail Park off Purley Way.
The park includes IKEA, McDonalds, B&Q and Boots and backs onto an estate of houses and flats including Franklin Way and Maxwell Close. We need some sort action taken to stop this happening every week. Including car parks being closed after a certain time or a barrier.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions about local traffic management are a matter for your local authority, not the Government or House of Commons.
