What the petition asks

We want bullying to be made a specific criminal offence. Bullying can have devastating consequences, and needs to be stopped, with action taken by police and other authorities when bullying is reported, and significant criminal sentences for bullies.

Bullies need to be held accountable for their actions. To achieve this, the Government should make bullying a specific criminal offence, so police can take action when bullying is reported, and create significant sentences for bullying, in order to tackle bullying and hold perpetrators accountable
