Make it illegal to park in front of a private driveway and block access

What the petition asks

We want a law to make it illegal to block peoples access in or out of private property by parking in front of one or more entrances, regardless if the property owner's vehicle is present and on the drive.
Because people keep parking in front of our driveway, which means the vehicle in question causes an obstruction. This obstruction could be problematic, particularly in a potential emergency situation, including potentially blocking emergency service vehicles from necessary access.
