All football clubs must have at least 51% fan ownership

What the petition asks

So make it illegal for any professional and semi professional football clubs to be owned by a business or sole know more than 49%, so fans will always own at least 51% making the fans the majority shareholder
To many football clubs are turning into businesses and the fans are the ones losing out
