Ban trail hunts from using more than two hounds

Closed 5,741 signatures

What the petition asks

Since the ban in 2004 people are still able use dogs to simulate hunting, including ‘trail’ hunting. While these 'hunts' are only intended to simulate hunts, there are too many cases of foxes and even domestic animals being killed.
We are asking the Government to enforce & to strengthen the existing Hunting Act to include a ban on simulated ‘trail’ hunts going out with more than 2 hounds. This should help to prevent any accidental killings. This would not affect ‘Clean boot’ or ‘Drag’ hunts.
