Make Football Clubs in the Premier League have a 50 + 1 fan ownership.

What the petition asks
We want you to bring in a law which stops foreign investors purchasing our football clubs, and introduce a fan ownership ( 50 + 1 ) illustrated in Germany.
This will make the league fairer and will stop major decisions, such as the European Super League, from occurring and ensuring football will be in the fate of a the fans rather than owners who lack football knowledge.
Why it was rejected
