Pulling work away from hauliers who run by the law using tacho rules.
There are van drivers who break tge law on a daily basis.
While Hgv drivers have run under WTD and tacho ruels.
Also requierd 6 weekly maintenance checks.
Van drivers can set up a courier company with no need to provide a operator license.
