Make veterinary practices exempt from the IR35 regulations.

What the petition asks
Exemption from the newly introduced IR35 regulation should allow more flexibility for locum to fill urgent vacancies more easily.
This exemption would enable locum veterinary professionals to work freely between practices, some of which are in desperate need of cover in an ever growing sector. Relieving existing professionals from an ever growing workload could also prevent further damage and deteriorating mental health issues.
