What the petition asks
Business have had enough to deal with regarding Covid & Brexit. Bringing in the IR35 as well is too much too soon for industries trying to get back on their feet. The IR35 has caused a huge HGV shortage and is putting more pressure on businesses, IR35 should be revoked until April 2023.
This would help enable the country to get back on its feet after Brexit & the Covid outbreak. The IR35 rules are causing huge shortages for HGV drivers, causing businesses more difficulty in building their business back up. How on earth are business expected to grow again with 3 major factors in such a short space of time? I have never known HGV shortages to be so bad. IR35 which could not have come at a worst time. This needs addressing.
