What the petition asks

I want government to remove the discrimination between black cab drivers and private hire drivers, why do private hire drivers have to pay central London congestion charges and black taxi drivers don’t . Thank you
I want government to remove central London congestion charges for private hire drivers because we think it’s not fair we work under private hire companies and end up earring a national minimum wage and everyday we have to work minimum of 90 minutes to cover this charge which is about 20% our working day
