Sort out the Refuse collection issues relating to the strike

Rejected 11 signatures

What the petition asks

Thurrock refuse collectors have gone on strike since 13th April, they will not be collecting bins until 28th May. People are paying for a service which they are not getting. Protect the refuse collectors salaries and sort the mess out
Local authorities can't seem to sort this so it needs to go higher. The refuse collectors have rights and its the job of the council to protect the jobs. Not spend money where its not needed but on jobs that are needed. People need their bins collecting as eventually it will become a environmental issue

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
