Stop Mothers being able to cut fathers contact without a court order.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

Make it a law that one parent cannot cut the other parent out of a childs life unless their is a legitimate saftely concern involving a child protection governing body, or a court order.
No one else will make this change and it is not right that fathers have to sit and wait months for a court hearing etc before contact can be resumed, just because some mothers use the children as a weapon, its affecting childrens mental health and the mental health of the parent who suddenly cannot pick up his or her child anymore for a reason that the other parent has decided.
