Extend UK statutory paternity leave to six weeks

What the petition asks
UK paternity leave is currently two weeks, I would like this extended to allow new fathers six weeks with their children.
Particularly after a traumatic birth, the non-birthing partner needs to support the person giving birth as well as adjust to life as a new parent themselves. Given that a mother who has had a c-section cannot drive for 6 weeks it makes sense that the non birthing parent should be allowed that time to support their partner and new baby.
