Allow families with under-5s arriving from red list countries to home quarantine

What the petition asks
The Government requires anyone travelling from a red-list country to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days.
The Government should instead allow families with children under 5 to quarantine at home, so long as they take part in compulsory Covid testing, spot checking and compulsory daily lateral-flow testing.
A hotel quarantine for children under 5, to live (eat hotel food, sleep, play, clean etc) in 4 walls for 10 days, could be traumatising, insensitive and very sad. It could have a long-term negative impact on the children. This can easily be avoided and still mitigating the risks of Covid by allowing home quarantine.
