Add defib training to primary curriculum & centralise info on defib locations

What the petition asks
Put defibrillator training on the syllabus to ensure children are trained to use the device. There isn’t a shortage of defibrillators - the problem is that people are unsure how to use them. If they learn this skill they have it for life.
Make sure anyone can locate the nearest defib on an app.
