What the petition asks
The UK is the second largest exporter of arms in the world. Arms made in the UK should not be used to cause damage and destruction across the globe.
The UK must stop the exportation, trading/ bartering and sale of all arms, ammunition and military vehicles to all countries around the world.
The sale of UK-made arms, ammunition and military vehicles to the UK’s military should be the only exemption from this proposed rule- meaning UK-made weapons can be sold to the UK’s military.
However the UK’s military (including all UK military personnel) must not give, sell, trade/barter or export arms, ammunition and military vehicles to other nations and organisations.
Too many arms have been sold already, help stop the sale of weapons by signing this petition.
