Ban the sale of cot bumpers

Cot bumpers are readily accessible and many unaware parents think that because it is a child’s product being sold in a shop it must be safe, this in fact is simply not true. To many babies have lost or almost lost their lives due to the use of cot bumpers. They are a suffocation risk, strangulation risk and they can be an aid for baby to climb out of the cot. A child having a broken limb from the bars is better than having a dead child.
