Allow 'Paper Abortions' so fathers can opt out of parenthood during pregnancy

What the petition asks
I believe a woman should not be forced to become a mother any more than a man should be forced to become a father. If a man does not want to become a father, they should be able to legally withdraw from the financial and legal responsibilities of becoming a parent.
Women have control of their lives after an conception but men routinely face financial responsibilities even if they make it clear that they do not want to be a parent.
'Paper abortions' (also known as a 'financial abortion' or a 'statutory abort') would enable men to cut all financial and legal ties to a child during pregnancy.
It could also prevent creating difficulties for children in future, and empower women.
