What the petition asks
Testing for covid is a must. However the testing regime required is exorbitantly expensive.
We need the government to make testing more affordable. Currently testing requirements are anywhere between £100 to £200 when the tests are available for much less in the market place.

The testing regime required to enter the UK is simply to expensive. Supernormal profits are being made which a) prevent people from seeing their loved ones in other countries
b) is stopping people from going on holiday
c) is detrimental to the travel industry

Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
